Welcome!

We’re Liz and Dennis of Eat See TV

Your go-to couple for all things travel

Our journey into travel content creation began after we hit the road to full-time RV with our two cats in 2017.

Knowing nothing about videography and having zero experience writing, we somehow managed to grow a following of over 150,000+ travel-loving fans and have our writing published on major outlets like Nat Geo!

Since 2017, we’ve traveled to more than twenty countries documenting our experiences on YouTube and blog in effort to inspire you to eat, see, and travel more intentionally.

We still pinch ourselves that we get to travel for a living sharing food focused travel guides for intentional exploration.

Our goal is to travel intentionally—seeking out cultural experiences and culinary traditions while connecting with locals and the natural environment.

How we got here

the story of Eat See TV

Shortly after meeting and starting our careers in Orlando, FL, we began plotting how we could travel the world earning money remotely. So, we started our own company investing in real estate in 2012. After years of hard work (and many mistakes along the way) we quit our 9 to 5 jobs in 2017 to travel freely.

Rather than going abroad we opted to buy an RV to explore the USA with our cats. We spent six years RVing North America, including a year and a half RVing across Mexico, documenting our journey on YouTube. After switching RVs three times we are now settled in a home base in Florida traveling around 5 months of the year.

Originally named Eat, See, RV our content was RV-centric to start. Over the years, however, we adapted it to better meet our style of destination based slow-travel and rebranded to Eat See TV in 2025.

Today we have a travel channel we are proud of, working with toursim boards, travel companies, and major publications across the globe.

FAQ

Mexico holds a special place in our hearts and developed our passion for slow, intentional travel. We loved its diversity, landscapes, culture and cusine so much, we became temporary residents and hope to have a home there one day. Spain is also one of our favorite destinations and a place we could see ourself living. Liz taught English in a small village, living with a host family in college. We’ve stayed in touch with them over the years and visited many times. It truly feels like a second home.

For now, yes. Our RV is currently for sale and we hope to take a break from RVing until we can find the next right exploration vehicle for us (maybe a van)?

Yes, we currently film and edit all of our content in house. Dennis is the videographer and photographer while Liz takes on the role of producer and video editor.

We share all of our current vlogging equipment on this page.

We use Final Cut Pro X to edit our YouTube films, simply because we have Macbooks. Many other YouTubers choose to edit with Adobe Premier. One isn’t better than the other, it’s really what you ever system you get used to.

We do not have a course on how to start a YouTube channel, but periodically offer advice on our Instagram account. Our biggest recommendation is to learn what you can for free on YouTube. Niche down, understand the key points of good storytelling, and learn some basic filming techniques before you launch your channel. Then, create and post with the goal of getting better with every video you post.

We do not offer a course on how to blog, and are far from experts. We still learning new things about blogging every day. However, we can recommend the course we took with Bootstrap Blogging which helped us take our blog from 10 monthly sessions to 35,000 and helped us earn four-figures from our blog!

We weren’t great travelers when we first started traveling. Like anything, you get better with practice and experience. Now, we share our top travel tips on this blog and on YouTube. However, if you want our top-tips for booking, and planning trips, grab our free travel guide linked below!

If you’d like to work with us please visit this page to learn more. Once you reach out to us, we can provide our media kit for up-to-date information on our audience metrics over the last 28 days, recent campaigns with other partners and examples of the work we can deliver to you.
